You can hand us a key during the Meet & Greet or request a pickup 24 hours before your trip. We also work with secure lockboxes for your convenience and peace of mind.

During your initial consultation, we’ll note your preferred veterinarian and discuss a backup plan. In case of emergency, we’ll act promptly and keep you informed every step of the way.
Will my pet feel comfortable?
Absolutely. Your pet will meet their dedicated sitter during the initial visit, and we’ll ensure the same sitter returns for future appointments to build trust and consistency.
What if I’m delayed returning home?
No worries. We’ll continue caring for your pet until we hear from you confirming your safe return. You can also contact us to extend services if needed.
Do you offer grooming and bathing?
While our focus is pet sitting, we can recommend trusted local groomers or provide basic brushing and cleanup during visits—just let us know your preferences.
Can you administer medications?
Yes, most of the time. We’re trained to administer oral medications, topical treatments, and certain injections (with prior instruction).
